ISO COORDINATOR

  • Must have at least 2 years of document control/file plan management experience
  • 1-year experience in ISO 9001 certification is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be a graduate of any 4 – year course
  • Must have skills and experience in training management learning principles,
    competency analysis and development, seminar management, training delivery,
    evaluation and effectiveness

 

PURCHASING SUPERVISOR

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Mathematics,
  • Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accounting,
  • Logistic/Transportation or equivalent
  • At least 5 years working experience in supervisory capacity position
  • With knowledge in warehouse management system, clerical skills, attention to
    detail and math skills
  • Direct experience in managing Purchasing functions and/or finished commodities
    along with associated suppliers a necessity
  • Strong interpersonal skills required in the areas of verbal and written
    communication, negotiating, coaching and team building

INSURANCE COORDINATOR

  • Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Computer literate and proficient in using MS Office such as Word and Excel
  • Excellent listening skills and have strong communication skills and negotiation
    skills
  • Flexible and detail – oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple
    tasks
  • Can produce quality work and consistently meet deadlines
  • Must have at least 1-year experience in handling insurance
  • Must a graduate of any 4 – year course

PORT CASHIER

  • Must be a graduate of any 4 – year course
  • With at least 1-year experience in Cashiering is an advantage
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
  • Good communication skills both oral and written
  • Flexible and can-do multitasking

TELLER/PURSER

  • At least vocational graduate or college level
  • With or without experience
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
  • Good communication skills both oral and written
  • Flexible and can-do multitasking
  • Trustworthy
  • Full time position

PORT ASSISTANT

  • Must be a graduate of any 4-year course preferably Business Administration,
    Transportation Management or any related course
  • With at least one-year related experience is an advantage
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
  • Good communication skills both oral and written
  • Flexible and can-do multitasking
  • Must have good customer service skills

MARSHALLING COORDINATOR

  • At least vocational graduate or college level of any course
  • Willing to render longer hours
  • Must be flexible and detail – oriented
  • Must be assertive and smart
  • Must have strong personality
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
